We are the faces behind Haven Pregnancy and Lactation. We are International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) and Registered Midwives, based in Adelaide, South Australia.

We understand what’s important in every stage of your pregnancy, birth, postnatal and lactation journey and have a strong focus on a holistic approach to care, blending evidence with compassionate support.
